Which States Require a License?

Many states require Motor Club of America (MCA) and TVC Pro-Driver associates to have a license to sell motor club memberships.

Each state has different forms and processes to obtain a license. While active associates should already be registered, we’ve listed the licensing requirements below as a reference when recruiting associates or moving to a new state.

Please note that while some states require an insurance license, MCA and TVC Pro-Driver are not insurance providers and do not sell insurance. State governments sometimes group motor club licensing under the umbrella of insurance licensing.

To obtain your license, complete the required forms and send them along with the licensing fee to:

TVC Marketing

3200 W. Wilshire Blvd.

Oklahoma City, OK 73116

Once we receive your documents, we will appoint you as one of our agents and send the paperwork and fee to the appropriate state agency.

Associates must have their license approved before selling MCA or TVC Pro-Driver. In many states, it is against the law to sell motor club memberships without a license. TVC Marketing cannot pay commissions if the associate’s license isn’t valid. Even if a state license is not required, you must have a signed associate agreement on file before you can start selling.

It is the associate’s responsibility to renew on time and ensure valid licensing. Your state will notify you of the renewal process and requirements.

If you have questions about licensing, contact the TVC Marketing associate services department at 866-467-2221 or tvc@tvcmarketing.com.
